Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@truflask.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
You will be required to fill out a warranty/returns form.
How do I file a warranty claim?
Please fill out the warranty claim form here. If you purchased from an authorized Tru Flask® retailer, please contact the store where you purchased your product.

Please include a note stating why you are exchanging or returning the product. Note we will not reimburse you for shipping costs.

When will my credit card be refunded?
After we have confirmation of your return, you will receive a refund to your method of payment within 48 - 72 hours.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes. You may cancel or change your order at any point before shipment by contacting us here.
Are my products covered under warranty?
Yes, all our products come with a limited lifetime warranty and a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If your Tru Flask product fails during normal use, please fill our warranty claim form here. Please keep the bottle until you receive an email confirmation from us regarding your warranty.
