When will my credit card be refunded?

Can I ship to a PO Box or APO/FPO address?
We currently only offer US shipping only. However, you may ship to a PO Box within the 48.
Where will my package ship from?
Packages ship from our corporate office in Phoenix, Arizona.
How long will it take my order to be delivered?
In general, shipments take no longer than 7 business days.
Why is tracking showing that my package hasn’t moved in a couple days?
Packages that ship through UPS Surepost and UPS shipping methods can sometimes delay tracking scans. It may take a couple days to update tracking information online once a shipment is scanned.
How do I check my order status?
Upon order completion, you will receive an email confirming your order. You will also receive a shipment confirmation and tracking number via email once your package has been prepared for shipment. If you have questions about your order status or did not receive the email, please contact us here.
When I track my order, it shows that it has still not left Arizona, even though it’s been several days. What’s up?
Packages that ship using FedEx SmartPost use a combination of FedEx and USPS shipping methods. As a result, tracking scans online are often delayed. Packages shipped within the continental U.S. should be received within 5-10 business days. If you still have a question or concern about your order, please contact us here.
Can I ship outside the U.S.?
Unfortunately, we do not offer any shipping outside of the United States.
Care and Use
How do I clean my Tru Flask brand product?
You may wash your Tru Flask Lid only, using the top rack of a dishwasher. Wash other brand products by hand with soap and warm water.
How can I keep my Tru Flask from smelling?
To prevent your Tru Flask® from smelling, avoid storing liquids for too long and rinse or wash your bottle between uses.
How do I keep tumbler lid from rising?
Extremely hot liquids inside a secured tumbler suction lid will result in increased air pressure which will force the lid to rise. We provide two options for releasing this pressure 1) The straw spout in the center and 2) The drink/pour spout. Leaving one or both of these open for 10-15 minutes will alleviate the lid rising. The liquid inside will still remain hot as the double-wall will maintain ideal drinking temperatures.
Are Tru Flask products BPA free?
Yes. All Tru Flask products are BPA free.

Are my products covered under warranty?
Yes, all our products come with a limited lifetime warranty and a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If your Tru Flask product fails during normal use, please fill our warranty claim form here. Please keep the bottle until you receive an email confirmation from us regarding your warranty.
What are the dimensions of the Tru Flask products?
Dimensions vary by product and are displayed in the “Products” section at the bottom of each product page.
Are Tru Flasks and Lids dishwasher safe?
Yes and No. All Lids are dishwasher safe, however, we recommend using the top rack only. We suggest washing the Tru Flask itself by hand with warm soapy water.
Are Tru Flask products microwavable?
Never microwave the Tru Flask.
Can I freeze or refrigerate my Tru Flask?
We do not recommend freezing or refrigerating the Tru Flask® as this can compromise the integrity of the insulation technology.
I’ve seen different logos on bottles that look like Tru Flask products. How can I know if it is a genuine Tru Flask product?
Tru Flask brand products are protected by U.S. trademarks. We have a private label program, allowing companies to co-brand our bottles with their logo. If you suspect you have a counterfeit product, please contact us.
